We require payment prior to order shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or personal check.

Order Changes - Rush Orders Do Not Apply:  Changes must be made in writing within 48 hours of the date of ordering.

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HONORED ON CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS.

Check Returns                                                                                                       $30.00 fee on all check returns.  Money must be brought to us in cash or money order. 

Order Returns                                                                                            Claims must be made in within three (3) days of receipt of goods.  All refunds take a minimum of 15 days to process.  Stock Materials that show no evidence of having been used, cut or regraded will be credited at invoice amount less 20% restocking fee. No Returns on custom or special order items
